What the brilliant Mr Trump forgets with his measure to impose a 10% import tariff on European countries is that Europe will respond with a similar 10% tariff on American goods. In addition, new trade agreements with Canada, Japan, and possibly China will be explored. Things Mr. Genius doesn't want.
