Well here we go, Cuban national with lengthy criminal record arrested for a decapitation in Dallas. National Guard to TX? Maybe ICE should be getting these actual criminals rather than oh like a mother that wrote a bad check 10 years ago . TX not a sanctuary state, Dallas, not a sanctuary city.
