Senator Jim Banks (R) isn’t sorry he told a fired federal worker “he probably deserved it”.

He went on to say the worker was “complaining about losing a left-wing woke job in the federal government that should have never been a job to begin with”.

The job was helping people with disabilities.

Andry did the right thing:
- Never committed a crime.
- Fled his home when persecuted for being LGBTQ & refusing to give in to an authoritarian regime.
- Sought asylum through a legal pathway.
- Found us to represent him in court.

So, why did the Trump admin forcibly remove him?

He had tattoos.
In Venezuela, Andry José Hernández Romero, who is gay and skeptical of the country’s authoritarian regime, was a target for abuse. He sought asylum in America—then was deported under the Alien Enemies Act.

Here's the evidence ICE submitted in his case: a "gang worksheet" filled out by local cops in 2019 saying:

1) he had on Chicago Bulls gear
2) a confidential information said he was part of an MS-13 clique in a state he'd never lived in.

ICE agreed they had nothing else. Read the full context here:

For a while there I was wondering if Newsom could make a decent candidate for President, with his charisma handling the fires, but with stuff like this, I'm not sure he's presidential material. Better than Trump, but that's a low bar.

In 2019, Pfizer reported ZERO taxable profits in the US—despite selling $20 BILLION worth of drugs to American patients.

By reporting their profits offshore, they dodged billions in taxes and paid a 5.4% tax rate.

Not only did the Trump regime mess up their own opsec, they also committed a war crime. They targeted residential buildings in Yemen, missed their target, and killed civilians instead.
The Trump regime accidently leaked its top secret war plans to a journalist at the Atlantic. In the chat the Trumpians trash talk Europe calling it pathetic and worry about the safety of Saudi interests.

They also plot among themselves how much money they should try to extort Europe and Egypt for.
