The Senate could block. In the House, I assume the vote will allow full release, not limited release. Or have Johnson and Trump planned a way to pull a fast one?
He knows they have the votes to filibuster in the Senate.

Or they have successfully destroyed everything showing he knew all about what Epstein was doing.
