Capitalism leads to monopoly. It isn't failing. It's working exactly as designed, concentrating wealth and power at the top while leaving 99% to suffer. If it were truly effective, we wouldn't need 800 military bases worldwide to enforce it or suppress societies that adopt alternative systems.

I agree... maybe not 'most,' but certainly a majority, considering the American election results. WTF kind of damage has been done to my gender by millennia of patriarchy? Humanity is screwed without immediate and dramatic social change that seems to be getting reversed by conservatives everywhere.
Mention feminism to most men and their immediate focus is something like "equal rights, equal fights".

Conservative ideology is inherently illogical and is predicated on opposing all progress and innovation. It lacks the critical thinking to perceive society as an adaptable socioeconomic construct and recoginze exploitation as systemic rather than inherent.

Awake two hours early on my night off before working five in a row, so I decided to start at the beginnings of the feeds of people I know in person and help the algorithm out, and I found this in case it's useful to anyone else following me.
A nice, easy way to block awful, hateful people from your feed. As the list is updated, the block is automatic.

We do have a lot of complaceny in America. A lot of people won't be inclined to do anything against Trumpism because they're not inclined to do anything about anything. And a lot of people are frozen in fear of Trump right now. But I saw someone say why aren't Americans burning it all down.

ALL arguments against trans healthcare are based solely on religious bigotry. Period. Numerous studies determined transitioning is beneficial for kids too, puberty blockers are safe, etc. Cis allies, we NEED you to be LOUD about this. Healthcare is a basic right for EVERYONE.
Almost 20 years ago, a doctor on TV was asked, "Isn't 12 a little early for a kid to be deciding to transition?" And her response was, "It's old enough for them to decide that it's not worth living anymore if they can't."
That was the only argument I ever needed to hear about gender affirming care.
