We are receiving desperate messages of starvation from #Gaza, including from our colleagues.

Food prices have increased 40 fold.

UNRWA has enough food for the entire population for over three months, stockpiled just outside Gaza.

Lift the siege and let aid in safely and at scale.

I believe protests should only be done in a way that the powers that be aren’t disturbed enough to enact the change being sought by said protests

There's a real attentional trap that all protest movements face and have faced for a long time. If you pull off protests that are polite and civil, even if large, they will struggle to get coverage. Reporters will dismiss them as not newsworthy.

Incredible — After shooting at a group of diplomats from nearly *two dozen* countries, the Israeli military says it "regrets the inconvenience caused."

The diplomats were from China, Brazil, India, Russia, Japan, Canada, Mexico, France, Türkiye, Spain, Portugal, Jordan, the UK, Egypt, and more.

World Central Kitchen has run out of food to serve in Gaza. Its bakery ("recently the last working bakery in Gaza") is out of flour. There are 100,000+ tons of food in staging areas within driving distance of Gaza, and Israel refuses to let them in wck.org/news/gaza-up...

It bears repeating-

There is never enough with these folks. There is no such thing as too much. They will try to censor every single thing, and we need to pushback at every turn. Harmful to minors is a political concept designed to push censorship. It has nothing to do with protecting minors.
Texas bookstores erupt over a new censorship bill that would allow a parent to sue them if their child reads a book with a sex scene or LGBTQ+ characters

So-called "harmful to minors" laws are being introduced across the country to force censorship of libraries, schools, bookstores and websites.
