There is a lot to celebrate at this time of year- we had the 8 cousins (and parents/grandparents) - create these colourful biscuits (no rules, a lot of colour and the tables are still sticky!) #Christmas #baking

Read through the replies for a link to instructions for blocking copy-paste in Qualtrics text boxes!
We’re collecting open-ended data on Prolific, and it has become clear to me that people are using chatGPT to answer the questions. This is so depressing. Like, is it really worth the time to copy and paste questions and answers instead of just…telling us what you think?

🚨New research!

Aged care clients (community + residential) and family members shared their design ideas and preferences for co-designing a new aged care digital dashboard of integrated client data, real-time predictive risk models and decision support.

Bit of a Xmas decorating throwback- when the kids were little, they used to sneakily infest the trees with all kinds of creatures #Xmas #decoration

One of the projects I am very proud to be involved with is the Florence Project at UQ: eecs.uq.edu.au/florence

We have been codesigning technologies to support communication and participation with people living with dementia and their care partners.

bit more on that lancet research showing how big the health inequalities are for disabled people

'What is inevitable is that Australians with disability will keep dying before their time unless we take action'

theconversation.com/australians-...
Australians with disability are 4 times more likely to die early – often not due to their disability
People with disability die of conditions such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes at a much higher rate than the rest of the population.

Reposting this thread about PRPP as I know we are getting new arrivals every day. It’s a fantastic, ecologically valid tool for OTs to support their behavioural observation analysis, based on task analysis with both assessment and intervention arms. Take a look Oats…
If I had to choose one tool that has informed my practice as an OT it is the PRPP (Perceive, Recall, Plan, Perform) System. In neuropsych terms it is framework for OTs to use for behavioural observations, formulation and treatment. www.occupationalperformance.com/the-perceive...

Neuro OT/PT/SLT? Just arrived on Bluesky? Here’s a starter pack
I have started a pack for neuro and stroke OT/PT/SLT, to make it easy for people landing. There are some other great more general neuro/neurorehab packs, but this is just to help people landing. Using "neuro" in it's broadest sense and have included some "honorary" AHPs
