My experience with RSD is very different. I don't think everyone hates me and it's not a regular thing that happens in waves. It's more like an outsized, extreme reaction to perceived or actual rejection.
Definitely agree with telling people around you what's going on when it happens though!

A little talked about symptom of ADHD is Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD).
This is an intense feeling that everyone hates you.
RSD comes in waves, and does not require events to trigger it. You can be walking along with friends having a great time and suddenly you feel an outsider.

I don't see how Tesla's Model 3 can survive if Benz can offer an alternative EV this cheap, with this kind of performance, on top of the 15% tariff that it's charged in the US.

The path back from burnout is so much longer than you can anticipate, and it gets harder the more it happens. Learning to be patient and kinder to myself has been a big process, and a year and a half later I'm still not back to where I once was.

Anyway that's enough negativity for one day. Today's good news: today I made brunch of rice, lamb and pork sausage, fresh dill, toasted pumpkin seeds and my uncle's smoked cheese. Turned out great

I checked in on r/conservative out of a sense of masochism or something. Setting aside differing political viewpoints, it's legit terrifying that apparently huge swaths of the country are living in entirely separate realities. I don't know how we'll ever be able to reconcile.

Fr though this post got me so excited bc it reminded me that my sister's making mac and cheese again this year.
We gently took over Thanksgiving last year from mom. It's been fun coordinating making tasty stuff with my sister, and mom can just focus on baking (she loves to make desserts).

Lotta folks in the comments saying "everyone living in the Americas can and should refer to themselves as American!" But Hawaii is not in the Americas, so I guess they can't call themselves that any more.
