To be fair I avoid talking to people like the plague but generally this is true
Walking, cycling, and public transport means people connecting, talking, passing everyday... Building community.

And that terrifies the billionaires. They want us all to be individuals, ideally one missing pay day from starvation and willing to look away to stay there.

That cut back in Govt investment in 2025 clear to see - it's a major reason the economy slumped. But, don't worry, Treasury are confident that we'll be building loads of roads by 2027 and house prices will be going up over 5% a year. Praise be.

The NZ Labour party isn't fit for purpose, it lacks any sort of actual vision for a changed New Zealand over a deadshit middle manager H.R approach, and it lacks the competence to engage with the government it wishes to replace in ten months in a way which meaningfully offers change people vote for.

It’s hard not to believe that Luxon’s move to dump regional councils isn’t just another way to remove obstacles to rampant corporate profit making at our expense.

More emissions, more pollution more contaminated drinking water, more intensive dairy, more roads and less accountability.

They're spending $16 million setting up the company to get the replacement ferries for the ones they spent $222 million on for no ferries. Yes, it was $144 mill for the break fee, but $222 in total for No Ferries. Oh, also it's looking at privatisation. Great.
