The sequel to Catherine Newman’s book Sandwich, just came in on Libby. Listened to the audiobook on the last one and doing the same for this one. Loved how the narrator did the characters with so much personality.

If you have an oversized truck, you should not be allowed to park where everyone else does in not only the Costco parking lot, but in any lot. There should be a section on the far side with overly giant parking spots for the obnoxious vehicles.

Absolutely cannot wait to bust down the doors for a drink made by a company whose unionized workers are on strike in a store that doesn’t want to hire minorities anymore.
Beginning Monday, a Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate drink will be available exclusively at Starbucks cafés inside Target stores.
The chains are hoping the drink can drum up excitement from customers this holiday season.

I’m still at work. It’s almost 4. I opened at 6:30a. It’s been so busy, non stop orders (so much for people boycotting Sbux 🙄) & we had a call out. And because I would want the help if it was me who had to close tonight, I offered to stay. It’s not even OT because I don’t have 40 hours for the week.
