i think beyond the huge sums of money being thrown around in tech projects and CEO pay packages being simply too large, to me it's an incredible shame to think that sort of thing is normal when fractions of those amounts could give work and create new projects if they were in different hands.

no judgment towards anybody employed as a teacher, but I find it a little horrifying that all these animation schools are taking kids' money and churning out grads with tons of debt into a field where there's barely any jobs right now
