What if, instead of destroying or locking away existing movies, tv shows, etc., companies put them into some sort of 'print-on-demand' model like we have for (some) books?

PSA for those who are unaware: Medicaid is run at the state level, so each state has their own name for the program. Like Medi-Cal or MaineCare or MassHealth or a whole LOT of other names, that are in fact Medicaid programs. You or someone you know may be on Medicaid and not even realize it. Yet.
