Someone I know is considering whether to tell their 7yo they're autistic (diagnosed this year), or wait until they're preparing for secondary school.

I'd be so grateful for anything you could share about the age/way you found out, and what you'd have wished for.

Has anyone autistic ever had help from a dietician? I have an appointment tomorrow which I've waited more than a year for, but hardly know where to start, and am worried they won't be able to help.
