I'm not sure why the US.gov doesn't understand what gender might mean, but a lot of us look at the natural kingdom and understand our infinite variety. Humans are wonderful and we are wonderfully varied. Respect to all.

Fight back because union jobs matter. "Money is not the only value" is true. 50% of current US spending is by the US highest earning 10%.
Tyson is closing a Nebraska plant that employs 3,200 workers in order to “right-size” its business.

The meatpacking giant paid its CEO $22.7M last year, 525x its median employee's pay.

It also spent $196M in stock buybacks to reward shareholders.

Textbook corporate greed.

We're seeing a lot of hospital closures regionally (3 states) because private companies went in, stripped resources, and took the profit. Vote for health care oversight.

The US president issued a statement that he's open to death penalties for military members who don't follow his orders. The president doesn't have that direct right. I'll add that the sitting President is entirely disengaged from reality.

Librarians value historians for a reason: fact/data, research, and understanding change. Thank you HCR.
Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

We pushed back — and now, they're backing off.
