Where do y'all think private companies obtain all of their meteorological information? From the US weather service and satellites, of course. There will be large gaps in weather information with Trump's plan, and lives will be endangered. Stop the malpractice.
Trump's irresponsible decision to dismantle a crown jewel of U.S. atmospheric research is both an attack on Colorado AND a sad new chapter in his war on science, data & truth.
It also makes America LESS SAFE.
