It takes most people months to years to get approved for Medicaid (yes, it can take more than one year), and you have to live below the poverty line ($15K/yr) to qualify. Estimates I have seen are that fewer than 1% of people receiving benefits don’t actually meet requirements. Republicans just lie.

ZINKE: Living paycheck to paycheck is on the premise that you're working. If you're an able-bodied male & you choose to sit on the couch & you're getting Medicaid, that's taking from someone else who needs it

Recently bought The Little Mermaid (1989) on YouTube and I've been enjoying it immensely more than I thought I would. It was something from my childhood, but I respect it now more than ever, especially after studying the TV Tropes page. These are 4 back-to-back frames and they are hilarious
