The good thing about buying a bag of green avocados is that by the time they're ripe, it will be the next ice age and you won't have to worry about keeping them in the fridge.

Perth's RAC Arena Named Australia’s Best Indoor Arena For Third Consecutive Year
Perth's RAC Arena Named Australia’s Best Indoor Arena For Third Consecutive Year
History has repeated once again for Perth’s RAC Arena, with the Western Australian venue being named Australia’s Best Indoor Arena for the third time in a row. The honour was bestowed upon the acclaimed venue as part of their appearance in the nominations for the 2025 Stadium Awards, a fan-voted competition to determine the best stadiums in Australia across six different categories. RAC Arena took out the category with 27.4% of the vote, narrowly emerging victorious over Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena, who received 26.9% of the vote. Sydney's Qudos Bank Arena sat in third place at 14.2%, while the Adelaide and Brisbane Entertainment Centres received 10.3% and 9.8% of the vote, respectively. It’s the third time in as many years that RAC Arena has been named the country’s Best Indoor Arena, having scored 47% of the vote in both 2024 and 2023. Another win occurred at the 2018 Awards, while it took out second place to Rod Laver Arena in both 2019 and 2021. The Awards were not held in 2020, and the category did not feature in 2022. Embedded Content “Being named Australia’s Best Indoor Arena through public voting for the third year in a row is incredibly humbling,” said RAC Arena General Manager, Michael Scott. “It reflects the passion and energy from our team and the support of everyone who walks through our doors. “We’re proud to create unforgettable live experiences for the people of WA and look forward to welcoming even more world-class events to the venue in 2026,” he added. “A big congratulations to our fellow Legends Global venues, Qudos Bank Arena and Brisbane Entertainment Centre, for also being recognised in this category.” Elsewhere in the 2025 Awards, Optus Stadium was named Australian Stadium Of The Year, while Adelaide Oval took out Best Oval Stadium. Best Rectangular Stadium was awarded to Suncorp Stadium, while GMHBA Stadium was named Best Regional Stadium, and Adelaide Oval took out a second honour on the night thanks to its certifcation as Most Picturesque Stadium. I don’t know Transperth, how are you tracking? Transperth Rail Line Delays, December 2025
I am genuinely surprised at how bad this ended up being, and I don’t think this is an acceptable level of service for our network.
