I would have mocked the idea of meditating only a year ago but it's probably the best thing I've done for myself this year. A friend of mine recommended an app and I haven't looked back. It's really helped.

I frequently "try" but fail. The newspaper archive also sounds exceptionally unBlack Fridayish. It may be the exception to the rule:).

I brought my own last Wednesday. I didn't notice them being given out but the comments seem to confirm my complete lack of observational skills. They were probably only needed for two or three songs.

I'd recommend starting with with "Pink Moon" and go backwards. He made some great records.

I didn’t mean press releases tbh, more the trips, the invites etc. There’s no such thing as a free lunch.
