I might hate the Red Sox but there are lines that I definitely wouldn't cross. Especially when it comes to stuff like this. Disrespectful and pathetic.
Per Cleveland TV, the person said something to Duran about his suicide attempt. You really have to be an awful person to do that.
There was some sort of ruckus after the inning with Duran and somebody near the Sox dugout. Cora, umpires, teammates all were in the area and Duran was prodded away.
