The "Frieren angle" thing, apart from just being delightful, also completely demolishes the pathetic "AI is democratising art" argument. Someone struggling with a difficult drawing received advice from hundreds of strangers who just wanted to help them improve their art.

Just a reminder that generative AI is theft of labor and intellectual property, uses vast amounts of energy/ water, provides at best mediocre results (if not outright lies or misinformation), actually affects your ability to think over time (mind duh), and is in general a really fucking bad idea.

Empiezo a sentir las IAs, IOTs, cookies y demás tecnologías no solicitadas como una especie de óxido digital.

Aparecen en mis herramientas y da igual cuánto limpie, frote y configure que ese óxido vuelve a salir. Y se extiende hasta que las herramientas quedan inservibles :-(

In the Wii series games, Wuhu Island is committed to clean air by only allowing electric vehicles. However, in Mario Kart 7, gas vehicles are used in the races. This implies that Mario made a deal with the Wuhu Island administration to receive exclusive pollution privileges.
Pilotwings Resort states that guests are only allowed to drive electric vehicles on Wuhu Island. Earlier in the series, in Wii Sports Resort, this was phrased as "only electric vehicles are allowed on the island". However, in Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart races take place on the island where the racers all use gas vehicles. This suggests that Mario gained special pollution privileges for his Mario Kart activities.
