The fascist turn in this country doesn’t purely come from MAGA. It’s in the blue cities that purge the homeless. It’s in TERF politics. It’s in the belief in a “strong border” just with slightly more due process. It’s the disdain for red states full of disenfranchised people.

I managed to go this long without seeing Elon’s Awful Truck and I’m more angry about this streak being broken than I was about finally catching Covid in January.

I managed to go this long without seeing Elon’s Awful Truck and I’m more angry about this streak being broken than I was about finally catching Covid in January.

I encountered a robot while shopping last week. It was a big goofy thing they’d attached massive googlie eyes to, I’m guessing to make it seem less threatening.
It was not.
And in fact I felt an unusual urge to do extreme violence to it that I thankfully didn’t succumb to.

I had 2 of 2 cats in my mom’s apartment interacting with me when the quake started. I swear to god they were looking at me, reading my reaction to know whether to freak the fuck out or not.
