I've just ordered 2 *more* books to add to my unfeasibly long to-read pile: A conventional boy by @cstross.bsky.social and Physics for cats by @tomgauld.bsky.social. Considering I've only got to the 2018 purchases in the pile, it'll be a while before I get to them. If only work didn't get in the way

Just had to say goodbye to Theo, desk monitor and hair stylist. 10 years old, diabetic and finally heart failure. Maybe now he will finally get outside.
