To make @iambapoet.com's position on plagiarism unmistakably clear, the journal operates a strict zero-tolerance policy. If ever a poet is proven to have stolen or repurposed any part of any work by another writer, their page will be deleted. The space they leave will go to a more deserving poet.
This open letter to a plagiarist by @rustandmoth.bsky.social is an outstanding example of not only how to lay axe to the root of this pernicious literary theft but also how to appeal to the guilty party's better nature without dragging them, triggering a pile-on or destroying a chance at redemption.
