Here are new and basic data hygiene steps I'm taking to protect people who work with me:
-Moving away from google mail to a provider that won't share information (easy; takes time)
-Same for Dropbox (their CEO is on the board of Meta)
-I'm now using a VPN/blocker by default
-not trusting WhatsApp
