I like how ancient Asian people believed those who harmed animals fell into hell where a mighty giant chicken slashes them. It seems the oldest appearance of the chicken hell was in Buddhist scripture from BC India (This image of the chicken hell is from a Japanese scroll in the 12th century)

I’m glad that the USPS is cracking down on counterfeit postage use, but if all they’re doing is trashing packages sent with fake stamps and not fundamentally changing the way we buy/use postage, I don’t know how much good it will do overall.
