had a kinda fucked up hypnosis dream last nite that was clearly about my complicated feelings re: a desire to be controlled vs. the ugly & misogynistic ways the desire TO control is showing up in society rn...but was too busy today to unpack it so just gonna add it to the pile of unexamined things 🙃

therapist told me this week that "it sounds like you're really using a lot of executive functioning in your job and maybe having a hard time winding down an overactive mind," and i immediately flashed on the many smutty hypno stories that start out this way.
