Having real power over people always feels uncomfortable to me.

I also think it adds to the fact that not all trances are the same. Saying it worked or didn't can discount from perfectly valid trances that feel different from another one you might have had. I've had trances that felt like my limbs were heavy and other ones where it was all my head. All valid.

Also- instead of a binary of "it worked" or "it didn't"- HOW is it working? What changes did you notice? Even the subtle, more obvious changes like "I felt more relaxed" are potential building blocks for future responses. It's ok if you're still learning/investigating your path into trance.
Use positive language
Don't say you can't be hypnotized, say it's not working yet. YET creates space to allow it to start soon. The language you use effects your success. Convince yourself that it's working, then suddenly it IS. If you say that it isn't working, then it won't

How it's going: Spent several hours last night researching what vitamins, if any, could make me feel better. Almost ordered 5 combos. The real solution to my problems is probably sitting there and letting time go by and not actively fucking anything up but- damn I'm impatient.
