Yeah 0% chance these will be affordable. It’s part of the reason I prefer multifamily units instead of the duplexes. Not enough variety in pricing options, though I do appreciate the duplex additions, too.

More density is needed, just not sure this is the best way to accomplish that! The same plot could accommodate an 8 unit apartment building!

Would love to see it & tbh am pushing for the increase, though the zoning hasn’t changed for years!

That and elected officials haven’t backed increases to the zoning for some time, including Marci who was just elected city council president and basically pumped the brakes on Zoning 2.0 when chair.

Higher ratio of bikes to scooters and increasing the geofenced limit would be a start.

Waiting until we add more miles of infrastructure is unnecessary.

Current trend is they’d keep the existing geofencing, regardless. So I disagree.

I get why they don’t want the speeds like 20 or even 15 mph, but it’s basically just a toy now and not practical. There needs to be a balance.
