Cars are so goddamn inefficient on narrow streets.

We need to expand space across Atlanta that prioritizes **everyone outside of a car** to move, gather, entertain, relax, make money, or simply do whatever the hell they want with that space.

Our neighbors deserve better!!!

Your mission before 2026 & 2028 elections:

-Increase % of registered voters in your neighborhood
-Ensure higher % participation for voter turnout in future elections

You want to win? You have to play the game & max out votes.

Men also need to show the fuck up!!!

Two more duplexes (4 units + 2 ADUs) coming to Reynoldstown.

More housing going up in Atlanta… and a video shoot

This slow speed is infuriating, not a reliable way to get to work on time, & frankly dangerously unstable.

Regulation overkill

Jumping the gun with a few updates, but might as well:

Under Construction
-South Boulevard
-BeltLine NWT-4

Completed
-BeltLine NWT-5

May hold off on Piedmont until the bike lane part actually under construction, not just sidewalks.

Need south & west projects to move forward.

Real talk- if Atlanta re-elects Mayor Dickens (likely!) *AND* elects Rohit Malhotra as City Council President (tbd!), the policy changes they could implement *TOGETHER* to directly improve lives of Atlantans would be a level we haven’t seen in the city for decades.
November 1, 2025 at 2:44 PM
Somehow the block party gets better and better each year
October 31, 2025 at 11:55 PM
I AM CONVINCED: Mayor Dickens efforts to fix Atlanta’s income, education, life expectancy, home ownership, & access to groceries & transit inequalities WILL BE SUPERCHARGED IF ROHIT MALHOTRA IS ELECTED CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT.

Rohit is a policy expert. Other candidate far from it

The @atlantabeltline ramp to Ponce (almost) opening up reminds me of the gateway trail.

Cost millions of dollars and was ultimately replaced with an elevator for a private development, despite that development not really needing the land.

Let’s not replicate past mistakes.

👀 Georgia Tech City Planning professors supporting @AtlantaBeltline rail finally back on the offensive against other Georgia Tech City Planning professors who have been disruptors on the topic FOR YEARS.

Adair Park proposal: electrical sub-station, data center, strip mall, demolishes active buildings, & adds seas of parking.

Site is 1 block from West End MARTA Station & new hospital, as well as walking distance to AUC, Mechanicsville, Mall at West End, & the BeltLine.

GTFOH!

Atlanta mayor proposes $1.1 billion for Trails in by extending existing TAD geographical boundaries, yet many Trails ATL projects are not included in TAD geographical boundaries & scarcely any Phase 1 projects (that some I agree with, others not for priority 1)
October 25, 2025 at 5:49 PM
Atlanta’s TAD extension proposes funding for… many projects already funded in Moving Atlanta Forward (2022)

While yes benefit to funding boost, however many have millions (even $10mil+!) allocated & do not need to be doubled to progress.

New funds- new projects!!!
October 24, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Either a typo of Atlanta is proposing Streetcar East go down to Glenwood & tie in with the South & West BeltLine rail.

*Potentially* no Irwin St connection OR perhaps does connect & down through Reynoldstown… but doubtful.

My $- shared lane in Memorial traffic.

Show us maps!

For example, a single line item for Campbellton reported at $112 million. That would equate to 65 years of Campbellton TIF revenues if at the same pace as 2023…

However TAD is only for 30 year extension… $1.7mil * 30 years = $51 million
October 24, 2025 at 10:43 PM
Appears Atlanta’s proposed costs allocated to TADs do not align close with the revenues @civicatlanta reported were raised by each given TAD.

Means reallocation of $$$ from “TAD A” to “TAD B” is planned.

I get the intent, but GA has strict limits on TAD usage bound by location.

Shared with me for next Saturday, join other friendly faces for a morning ride, but thankfully not too early!!! My type of trip. If only there’s also a pit stop for donuts 😆
