pip is a benefit that specifically *helps* disabled people into work, as it's designed to help pay for things like mobility aids and care in the home. it is not an out-of-work benefit, and over half a million disabled people rely on it currently to be *able to work*.

while testosterone is a class c drug, purchase and possession (for personal use) is currently legal, and i don't see that changing anytime soon either - trans people are a microscopic portion of grey market t users
