I’m a part time librarian and I just want to echo what I’ve seen other librarians say recently: there is a HUGE uptick in requests for social justice, climate justice, abolition, history, etc books and I just want to say nobody is giving up the fight. If anything people are fighting harder #library

Organize. Collaborate. Find others doing the good work. Study about others who lived through this. Build. Commune. Give. Communicate. Avoid purity tests, practice acceptance. Listen. Speak up. Stand with the vulnerable, call out the powerful. Take risks. Sacrifice.

These are the good guys supporting DEI. Reward them with your business.
