You can say "I'm going to Hell oh well" in a British accent and it sounds like you're saying "I'm going to L-O-L" in an American accent

Yes, Trump and Co. will try to illegally keep power beyond 2028. We know this because we already saw them try in 2020-21.

No, it’s not legal or Constitutional. Anyone even hinting otherwise is wrong.

Regardless, we have more pressing problems than 2029.

There, everything relevant said. Move on.
The “methods for doing so” are (1) getting two thirds of Congress and three fourths of the states to repeal the 22nd Amendment and (2) declaring himself king.

That’s it.

Stop treating this despotic bullshit as if it’s some worthwhile thought experiment we have to consider as legitimate.
President Trump did not rule out the possibility of seeking a third term in the White House, which is prohibited by the Constitution under the 22nd Amendment, saying in an exclusive interview with NBC News that there were methods for doing so and clarifying that he was “not joking.”

I can’t remember who started this, but I find myself seeing everything now as “how western media would write about this if it were another country”

“Trump regime instigates extrajudicial detention and deportation of anti-genocide dissidents despite human rights concerns”
NEW: White House says the arrest and deportation of student activist & legal US resident, Mahmoud Khalil, is a blueprint for more.

The final line here is chilling. The White House specifically says Khalil was not breaking the law.

No evidence, no due process, no crime. He was just disappeared.

I haven't seen a shred of evidence that Khalil supports Hamas. Meanwhile, we all have proof that a man was kidnapped by ICE, and for some reason the discourse focuses on whether the kidnapping victim ever said anything mean.

Musk, like Trump, doesn’t lie to be believed. He lies to be repeated, which creates belief.

Why wouldn’t they when even the fact checks go out of the way to spread their lies first and foremost?
Musk claims Social Security is a "gigantic magnet to attract illegal immigrants."

In fact, immigrants here illegally do not collect Social Security. But they pay $25.7 billion a year into it, a recent study found, so these undocumented workers are actually subsidizing Americans.

The US greatly outpaced the world economy under Biden and is lagging the world economy under Trump. The media lied to voters and told them that the opposite was true and would be true if they elected Trump. Trump crash economy, hail to the thief.
