When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

it is very telling of these guys’ conception of how power works that they see issuing a flurry of executive orders as evidence of presidential strength and vigor and not a sign that the president is too weak to pursue a serious legislative agenda

The email address for federal workers to inform on their colleagues is DEIAtruth@opm.gov.

Would be a real shame if folks flooded that inbox, rendering it useless.

No DM’s means no DM’s. What about this is unclear? And why is it only men that think it doesn’t apply to them? Instead of blocking maybe I should tag and publicly shame them.

Contrary to common beliefs, we find that misinformation isn’t universal or a general condition of our media ecosystem.

Instead, it's specifically associated with radical-right populist parties that spread misinformation as a political strategy. 5/

When people alienate everyone in their personal lives by mistreating them, they find a welcoming community on the far right.

Thus the far right becomes the last refuge of cruel, insecure people.

Once they're welcomed in, people start imbibing the really hard ideologies, like outright naziism. 4/
