What I expected was a quirky action movie parody and what I got was a stylish, competent action flick with a message. I’ll have to sit with this one for a bit. But Glen Powell was awesome in the lead.

My buddy made a film that has some amazing 90s PBS retro elements in it. You ought to give it a watch if you were ever a fan of the Ghost Writer series or just want to support independent cinema.

My wife gifted me this S.H.I.E.L.D. hat a few years ago and I still have yet to wear it. I was watching the middle 30 minutes of Captain Marvel (the only enjoyable part of the movie) tonight and hat totally forgotten Brie rocks it for quite a while in the film. Eh, I still don’t really dig it 😄

As the U.S.S. Halloween docks for the season, it seemed like the perfect time to finally witness the shocking opening to Ghost Ship that I’ve been hearing about for years. Luckily I found a #VHS copy at the thrift store a few weeks back.

I feel like not enough fanfare was made about the long-awaited Blu-ray release of Trick or Treat. Glad I finally get to watch my copy tonight and I dig the reversible sleeve.
