If judge's ruling that Halligan's appointment was invalid stands, pretty sure the reasoning would invalidate John Sarcone's appointment in NY's Northern District — which would be even more good news for Tish James. Per Brendan Lyons' reporting late last month: www.timesunion.com/capitol/arti...

It’s crazy to think about the crimes we’re going to learn about after this regime ends.

We’re already hearing about Watergate level crimes every week. Imagine what will come out after it’s over.

We’re going to need a full accounting of all that’s been done in violation of the constitution.

Keep what's good in the ACA, but eliminate private profiteering insurers who sell the marketplace plans. In the short term, fix the ACA, then fight like hades for a national, publicly funded, single payer healthcare system. Pay for it as we fund fire protection and defense. Let clinicians run it.
If ACA goes away and people have to find their own policies you can count on millions of people being denied coverage because of preexisting conditions. The ACA made it illegal for insurance companies to refuse coverage or raise rates for preexisting medical issues. I know because I was one of them.

Have you contacted your Democratic senators yet?

Demand that your Democratic senators call on Chuck Schumer to step aside as Minority Leader. We need new leadership that will actually fight for us.
