Mike Johnson is trying to pull “a Mitch McConnell refusing Garland a hearing,” but it’s not working because (a) Grijalva is legally entitled to be sworn in, whereas Garland was not entitled to a hearing, and (b) everyone knows the Epstein Files is the reason he’s refusing to do a pro forma session.

RFK fired the CDC official (w/decades of experience) leading the measles outbreak response. It's been decades since we've had such a large outbreak. And just to ensure they they can spread the measles outbreak even farther, they also fired the leadership for the center focused on immunization.

I'm convinced we need a judicial revolution. The root of what severely failed and left us here is a corrupt SCOTUS majority. When you question whether due process, Birthright, and equal protection is fundamental law when it's written in the Const, the legitimacy of Independence is gone.
