The thing that gets me about ARC’s use of fully generated barks, as well as in The Finals, is that the juice is absolutely not worth the squeeze in a game that is unquestionably high effort. Like it sounds bad because there isn’t a human performance to ground it.
For Arc Raiders to ride the wave of human sociability all the way to the bank, while also being so contemptuous of the thing that makes us social animals in its own workflow demonstrates a lack of artistic integrity that I find impossible to ignore.

After 9 years I've finally upgraded my pc. I swapped over to a ryzen 7 9700x on an asrock b850m-x mobo. 32GB of RAM, and my trusty rtx2070 super for a while longer. All in the lianli a3 matx case. Other than my atrocious cable management, everything was super easy to set up and run!

Today was a big day for PGR. This is the first patch of the new push to sync up Global with the CN side. The new big unit is Luna, who has been one of my personal favorites since her first frame appeared back in Year 1~2 (can't remember it's been so long lol). she is such a villain I love her

The ups and downs of gacha is such a ride. I got 3 brand new characters in Nikke in under 40 pulls, but it took 120 to get one in Path to Nowhere! I swear I don't have a problem 🙃
