Y'all don't understand how fast experienced farm workers are.
The average tomato picker pulls 650lbs per hour.
At $20/hr, that's $0.03/lb for labor.

Strongly agreed. There certainly needs to be space for secular humanists on the left, but there is also a strong need for the religious left. We need progressive Christians, Jews, and Muslims in particular.
If we can counteract the idea that “religious politics” is necessarily right-wing, that is a very good thing.
There’s a sizable protest of what appears to be entirely faith leaders and clearly outside the Capitol right now, with the demonstrators speaking out against the GOP-led budget.
It’s a Pentecost gathering “for a moral budget.”
