A friend of mine has proposed coining a new verb. To “Pinochet” means to kidnap someone in violation of but under color of law, and to send them to a gulag in a foreign land. Sample sentence: “Masked agents of the Trump regime Pinocheted the prisoners to El Salvador in the middle of the night.”
Once we've established, as we have repeatedly, that "deport" is the wrong word, I'd support "rendition," which fully carries the meaning of what's going on and sounds, at least to me, properly odiously fascistic.

At some point, Trump won't be president anymore. But, he's given rise to some truly unhinged kids, who are full blown fascists. We have a real, systemic, and lengthy problem ahead of us, even when MAGA is in the rearview (which, at some point, will happen).

I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff

In 1862, a Union soldier found cigars wrapped in a piece of paper in a field of clover. The paper was a copy of Confederate Gen. Lee's invasion orders. The Southern sloppiness helped the Union stop Lee at Antietam.
It's unknown who lost the orders in the field, or if he was related to Pete Hegseth.
