I ended up sitting on the sidelines, feeling disconnected from the community watching everyone else connect because they had that option and I didn't.

There was never any offer of reasonable adjustments for *anything*. It was on me to ask and I'd have to ask *every time* in order to engage with any talks they offered I would have to stay up late or miss work hours and put my health at risk or watch a recording with no captions or transcript.

Oh and don't get me started on the fact that comms were vague at best, and condescending if you happen to miss an email. I asked about FC 24 and was told I should have checked my email... But I never received one...

I never got anything from Future Class. Everything was either in the US (if you didn't know, I was in poverty until March this year) or was toned like we were all new to games.
It always was tokenism.
