If you can't exercise for an hour try 30 minutes

Protein snack when I'm not on keto:

1 skyr yogurt (about 200g)
1 small apple (no more than 100g)

total protein = 22g
total carbs = 21g
total fat = 0g

To lower the carb intake, you can replace the apple with some berries. 🍜
