We went to the Halloween decoration area in town here. It wasn’t as good as it was a few years ago but it was still fun. We had 2 sets of kids and that was it, so we gave away candy.

I was at a home visit with my dad drops a bombshell of a text on me in the middle of it… my uncle is terminally ill and will be taken off all assistive devices on Sunday (leading to death).
I call him and i get told this story about my uncle having cancer, doing nothing, and it spread all over.

It should be illegal to burn wood in residential areas. Because the smoke that is currently in our house is overwhelming. You’d think our house was on fire it’s so bad.

I am a terrible reader. When I read I “speak” the words in my head making me a painfully SLOW reader at that. Because of that slowness reading a book takes forever, so slow moving books are miserable to me.
But boy when they get good, I am basically speed-talking in my head.
