My husband complained that our house is full of wild animals and we’re humans and shouldn’t be surrounded by wild animals so I roared at him.

Earlier I googled Lynn Anderson and Google’s AI gave me information on Loretta Lynn. Fortunately, I’m knowledgeable enough to recognize the error, but yikes.

I think the thing I was least prepared for in life as a middle aged woman is both the intense expectation that I will just freely give my labor to anyone and the deep entitlement to that labor so many people seem to feel.
