Tom Homan was investigated for accepting $50,000 from undercover FBI agents. Trump's DOJ shut it down.

This is a good way to think about this: Assume it's 1980 and instead of 4 hours of warning, Kerr County only had 2. Could the county with the 2 hours of warning and the tech avail at the time (which all exists today) have used that info, time and tools to prevent loss of life?
