I've received a series of violent texts on my private cell, threatening me for speaking up for Palestine.

They sent me a home address I used to live at, said they'll "wipe me off the street" and are backed by Canary Mission.

This is how fascists defend genocide.

I've reported to FBI. More soon.

Texas AG Ken Paxton hired a former staffer to work on a recent case. As a state employee, her labor would have cost taxpayers $641.

As a private attorney, Paxton allowed her to bill $3,780 an hour, so that day of work cost taxpayers $24,570.

Worth noting that under the strong anti-gerrymandering in the stalled Freedom to Vote Act, a fair Texas map would have around 17-18 Democratic districts, not the 13 today, and certainly not the new maps 8 such districts. #txlege

And to be clear, Gillibrand should resign *by her own standards.* Defending Cuomo is disqualifying *by her own standards.* That she's doing so with racism just makes it a thousand times worse.
It's actually pathetic that a Senator who once (correctly) stood up to Al Franken and demanded a zero tolerance policy for sex pests is now running cover for an EVEN WORSE sex pest by just being a disgusting racist.

Gillibrand of 20 years ago would say Gillibrand of today is a cowardly bigot.

Why aren’t people talking more about the lack of efforts in either party to legislate pathway to citizenship for migrants? The U.S. needs labor, and the U.S. needs labor that has no negotiation power. Undocumented immigrants is a bipartisan efforts to meet the oligarchs’ desire for slaves

To bomb Iran the US deployed 7 B2 bombers, each of which cost $2.1B to build. They used 14 huge “bunker busters,” a model that cost $500 million to develop.

The US invested ~ $15 billion in this attack—almost 50% more than it invested in affordable housing construction this year.

Iran cannot simultaneously be a paper tiger incapable of posing a threat to us (and therefore meaning there's no possibility of war if we bomb them) and a threat so imminent it justifies us bombing them.

It's one or the other.

The US produces over 40% of the world's weapons. They gotta fall somewhere so the factories can make more.

Large parts of #Laos are uninhabitable because of unexploded munitions "dumped" there during the Vietnam War. Laos is the most bombed place in the world to profit US weapons makers.
Israel isn't in control of the United States. This is just who the US is and has always been.

Saying we're controlled is just a way of saying we're victims. We're not. We're an imperial power that likes war because it's profitable and enriches our oligarchs.

That's it.
