I don't consider the Supreme Court to be legitimate. I also know that the Democratic party is not up to the challenge of disempowering the court so the illegitimate court will continue to exist for years to come. Folks will have to figure out how to move with this in mind.

The only legal scholars I want to hear from in the years to come are the ones seriously thinking about how to fully disempower the Supreme Court. What would that take? THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. Offer practical suggestions that could become political campaigns led by the public.

Neighbors alerted me to an ICE raid happening down the street so I went down there to help. It’s a fucking warzone. Smoke, pepper bullets, screaming. The street is blocked off with community members fighting back. All because they are raiding a fucking taco restaurant. What the fuck is going ON.

"All is lost" narratives are popular because people generally do not want to take action. Taking action is tiring so if all is lost, you are off the hook. Nothing is more seductive than not having to do anything.

4/ Even worse on these officials account, it seems if the third view is correct, that was a reason to kill the survivors.

You read that right, and I am not exaggerating.⤵️

A shipwrecked person beckoning others to come rescue them is a basis for killing them.
