I once approached an artist and asked for a commission of me carefully stuffing a billiard ball into an owl I know and saying “Oh hi there, we were just studying the sphere packing problem. Care to join us?”

The idea got rejected in favor of some “omg look he so sexy” pinup. What a tragedy!

I was going to say me as well but…I already went the spiny anteater echidna route. :>

It was replanted someplace nearby. I hope it can survive toppling over and being relocated.

It only happened to me once. I got “casket conditioned ale” from a microbrewery a few Halloweens ago. Mixing it with water would not have saved it.
