I just got to Peacehaven mosque. It’s a small place. Forensics are here, half a dozen police cars, a few ppl left bouquets of flowers

There were two ppl inside the mosque when the attackers tried to get in. They got out in time thankfully and no one was injured

Thom Yorke: "It's a very complex situation with bad actors on both sides, we should be slow to judge and choose our words very carefully."

Ms. Rachel: "The blood of Palestinian children is on your hands, world leaders."
Watching someone with a platform speak with such moral clarity on Palestinian children should not be so rare.

In 2003, the American military detained him as an al-Qaida fighter in Iraq.

As Syria's leader, Ahmad al-Sharaa shook hands with U.S. President Trump, who later described him as a “young, attractive guy” with a “very strong past."

What a transformation.

The irony of trying to annex Canada while working even harder to annex yourself to Russia.
The same pundits and outlets who loved Trump when he was tearing after trans people and everyone else they hated are now freaking out - or pretending to freak out - now that he’s offering up the USA as Putin and Russia’s asset. They can’t be allowed to wash their hands of this.

Gotta be honest, I did expect big institutions from universities to big tech to bend the knee to the new overlord of the US. I did not expect them to do so this quickly.

Harvard firing the entire Slavery Remembrance Program. Rutgers canceling HBCU event. Amazon adopting a White supremacist policy.
