Knowing Long Ashton quite well, this looks like mostly very casual/transient Lib Dems becoming very casual/transient Greens. It's basically posh, suburban Bristol. Too posh for Labour, too Bristol for the LDs to make it safe.

Not advocating for them for a second, but it'll be things like weighing the load, analysing how dirty it is and choosing the best setting to wash it on. A few years ago it would have been called 'smart' rather than AI.

Maybe they only want applicants who actively read The Economist. Would sort of make sense. And would potentially avoid being inundated by hundreds of AI-driven applications.

Yeah, agree. But Ikea surprisingly good at things like chairs, mattresses, hobs.

I don't disagree with the spirit of your point, but Ikea chairs can be good. We test chairs, including on ergonomics, and currently have an Ikea Best Buy that's less than a third of the price of other top scorers.
