Republicans are forcing hospitals, nursing homes and health clinics to close.

When you’re just using these apps socially and for personal entertainment it’s easy to just write it off as frivolous. Try community organizing in a way that hits everybody (or running a nonprofit that needs support from lots of people). Suddenly it’s not remotely frivolous.
